Due to the introduction of an additional tax levy on General Practice fees and the rising cost of running a viable medical service, we have introduced fees for all our services starting from 1 December 2024.
NEW PATIENTS: All NEW patients booking would incur an out of pocket fee for the first appointment. Subsequent appointments will be bulk billed based on the notice below when applicable.
EXISTING PATIENTS: All current existing patients would have the new fee structure applied from 1st of December 2024.
BULK BILLING: BULK BILLING IS AVAILABLE TO THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS AS OUTLINED BELOW:
- Dr NAZ, Dr EMU and Dr Rostami would bulk bill all current and regular patients with a concession card or pension card and all current and regular children 15 years and under. This applies to all patients regardless of which doctor you have previously seen at Spring Medical Group. The default fee schedule below apply by default to all other patients.
- Dr OGUNS would bulk bill all current and regular children 15 years and under. The default fee schedule below apply by default to all other patients.
- Dr AKRA and Dr GHANNAM would bulk bill solely at their discretion. The default fee schedule below apply by default to all other patients.

Cancellation fee of $50 applies to non-attendance appointments and cancellations less than 3 hours prior to scheduled appointments.
# For Bulk Billed Chronic Disease Care Plans and Reviews, please note that the minimum claiming period is 3 months. This means that if you are eligible for a care plan or review, the maximum number of times you can be bulk billed is 4 times per year.
***Nurse-led services are not covered by Medicare. Out of pocket fees will vary depending on service provided. Routine childhood immunisations do not incur a fee. However, other services such as wound dressing, travel vaccines, routine ECG, Spirometry etc would incur fees.
The prescription of S8 medication is regulated and would not be prescribe by our doctors at the first appointment and without full medical records/history provided from patient’s regularly treating doctor.
